Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Place all ingredients (avocado, cocoa, milk, sweetener, vanilla, salt) in a blender or food processor.
Blend at high speed until the mixture is perfectly smooth and silky. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a couple of times.
Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa to your liking.
Serve immediately or, even better, refrigerate for 30 minutes for a firmer consistency.
Forget the idea that dessert has to be a "guilty pleasure." This mousse turns sweets into a nutritional opportunity.
Avocado provides the creamy base, replacing cream and butter while adding fiber and monounsaturated fats. Raw cacao is one of the most antioxidant-rich foods (ORAC) in the world, surpassing blueberries and green tea.
It's the perfect way to satisfy a chocolate craving while keeping blood sugar stable and supporting metabolic longevity.
